Manoj Agarwal's journey is the story of a 19-year-old entrepreneur from Jhalda, West Bengal to becoming an important pillar of Gujarat's industrial landscape. After moving to Surat in 1995, he led the textile industry for over 25 years and successfully ran Sikhar Prints Pvt. Ltd. based in Sachin.

This twenty-five years of advance experience gave him a deep and practical understanding of the real challenges of industrial operations—logistical constraints, power instability and infrastructure deficiencies—that often slow down industrial growth.

His leadership shifted from private to public sector industrial reform when he assumed the position of Chairman of GIDC, Sachin. In this role, Mr. Agarwal played a key role in identifying and addressing systemic inefficiencies that had long hampered the sector's productivity. Instead of compromising on the situation, he used his position to restructure infrastructure standards, giving the MSME sector the technological respect it deserves.

Today, his vision of “Purposeful Growth” is the driving force behind the GM Diamond Group. The successful development and marketing of Diamond Industrial Park—where over 700 MSME units operate—is proof that infrastructure is most effective when designed by people who have lived the challenges of the shop floor.

Mr. Agarwal's core beliefs continue to guide the Group today: “Challenges in business are permanent, but so is the opportunity to engineer solutions to them.”
